Flow from a very close spiritual father

Q. Being a family man and working 6 days a week, sometimes I feel I m not moving forward spiritually because I am so busy I don't get much time to do Xu Lian (spiritual purification practice). What is your guidance for me and anyone else who is in this situation?

A. Every moment is Xu Lian. No attachments to what you are doing in any given moment, just serve. Every given moment make Xu Lian practice.
Follow natures way.
You are where you are at the perfect time all the time so except, be grateful and serve.
