Our family experiences.

Hello,

It is my greatest honour to have this space to share experiences with each of you, to share the incredible experiences myself and my family have had and have on a daily basis, to share our healing journey and most of all to share the profound Love that radiates into our family our home from beloved Master Sha, the Divine, Heaven.

For many years we have experienced things that people would call unbelievable miracles, people would also say we live a fairytale life, and these things we witness only happen to high level spiritual beings. But I want to share through our story that this is not true. Anyone can have the Love and the connection to the highest soul, love, and light, and truly live your souls purpose through a very special Teacher/Master who is present with us now on Mother Earth.

Have you ever felt, there is more to life? there is something you are here to do but you just don't know what it is or how to find it? you want to help but don't know how?

Me and my husband had these questions. We did not know what a spiritual journey was, what a Master was, chanting etc, we were from a non spiritual background, so had never heard of these teachings. But both often spoke to each other of how there was something missing. We felt we were not doing what we were supposed to be doing but did not know what that was we needed to do.

One day through a number of events our son at a young age led us to a Spiritual teacher and Master, Master Zhi Gang Sha.
We received one of Master Sha's book from a Disciple of Master Sha and our son was so deeply connected in a way I have never experienced before to our now teacher, straight away.

I did not understand who Master Sha was or what he did but my son did he carried the book every were on his heart and slept with the book, this was very interesting for me and my husband.
The first night we received the book which was "Divine Transformation" by Master Zhi Gang Sha.

My son took the book to bed, (we were experiencing some disturbing occurrences in our apartment), he slept the whole night through for the first time since we had moved into this new apartment, in the middle of the night I was awoken by a lady standing at the end of the bed, she was so beautiful, so graceful, i felt such a beautiful feeling from her. She spoke to me and told me her name was Guan Yin.

I had ever heard of Guan Yin and did not know who she was. She had come because of the book. This was so very profound for me.

The next morning when I woke I told my husband about the lady and that she told me her name was Guan Yin, I googled the name and to my surprise, pictures came up of a lady who looked almost identical. I was blown away. This was my first experience with a saint through Master Sha.

Each week I will share one of our experiences and the magical, miraculous encounters we have had.
If you would like to receive a book of Master Sha please comment below, we would be honoured to gift one to you it will change your life, as it has ours.

greatest love and light
thank you
Danielle

The nature of reality

This blog may unfold into a number of separate posts if it is too long.

Before I start sharing what I intend to write, I want to say that all the information I share below is open to your discussion. Some of the information I share may very well contradict other parts. One thing I have found is that is fine. We only experience and understand a fraction of what is truly possible and I have learned over time that everything is right, even if they seem to contradict each other. Plus we have a part to play in everything in life as the observer. Quantum physics is showing us that once we observe something, we change it.
So we are all experiencing this thing called life together as one, yet individually.

The information I share is a result of 5 and a half yours of reading any spiritual text I can get my hands on, as well as being fascinated with the latest scientific findings from the worlds greatest minds. Not only that, but also from studying under a incredible Master. And from my own experiences through spiritual practice, and receiving spiritual messages from the soul world and from Tao.

I want to take this opportunity to first thank my spiritual father and teacher, Dr.& Master Zhi Gang Sha for his example and his selfless nature and service to all souls in all dimensions.

One thing that I realise more and more, is that there are countless possibilities and realities to life. Many we don't see or experience unless we introduce spiritual practice into our lives.

Only when we dwell in this reality, seeing the world through the five senses do we limit ourselves to opposites. Through introducing a daily spiritual practice, one can experience the infinite oneness of creation.

I want to share my insights on different aspects of life, from "The nature of our reality" to "Time" and "The untapped potential we posses." Also "The purpose of life" and how healing takes place."

The main inspiration for me writing this post is because I have received a huge download of information over the past few weeks and I really need to channel it, and if it serves some people then great!

I believe that every single being in the universe is a expression of life and can pass on the highest wisdom from the Universe at any moment. With this I ask that every one who reads this post please share your own experiences and insights at the bottom. I would love to hear your views on the information below.
I am very happy to hear opinions that challenge what I am sharing, but I do ask everyone keep your points positive.
Remember that the purpose of life is to serve. To serve is to make others happier and healthier.
I ask that whoever reads this blog keeps an open mind, an even more open heart and have absolutely no attachments to any of the text.
My soul intention is to help deepen your awareness into life and what is possible.

I look forward to reading all your insights below!

Lets start with "the Nature of reality!"

How cool is this!

First, let me share that my experience from reading a lot of spiritual text, from many ancient and present traditions, teachers and so on, that I can get my hands on I have noticed one underlying teaching.

That teaching is "No Attachments". My question throughout all of my life is Why?
I have learned through spiritual practice that many things can't be explained, they have to be experienced. Also it is not important to know all the answers. If fact, constantly needing to know all the answers can block you. Osho says "My intention is make you all wonderers. So you can return to children and just be amazed at the beauty of life"

He is absolutely right! No attachments to knowing, just enjoy!
Yet I still love answers. My soul, heart and mind loves asking questions and receiving answers and insights.
So here is my first contradiction haha. I know to lose all attachments, yet I want an answers to my question of Why?

Why is the underlying teaching from all spiritual text no attachments?

My answer, I will share in more than one way.
Lets look at the night sky. What do we see? We see planets, moons, stars, galaxies and so on. What else do we see? we see empty space (or so it seems! We will explore this later).
99.999999% of the universe is space?
99.999999% of our bodies is space also?
The space that makes up the majority of the universe is the same space that makes up the majority of our bodies.

When we look at the Space of the macro outside of us in the universe, we see that all creation is contained, held and supported by the space.
The space nourishes all creation, yet doesn't get involved in it. The space is unattached to the objects.
The space observes, yet has unlimited power.
The space itself has a creator. the creator of all things is the Tao. The Tao means "The way" in english.

When we look at the manifested reality its nature is duality. The Yin Yang Symbol has both Light and Dark in the circle.
Yet both light and dark complete the circle!

The circle is one. The circle is Tao which is universal oneness. As we see in this incredible symbol, the darkest of darks has light within them, and the lightest of lights have darkness within them.

It is only through both light and dark uniting that we reach the source of all creation. This wisdom is so lost on earth right now. I believe if the world knew this wisdom humanity would see that both light and dark arise from the same source.
Then we can stop opposing and return home, which is the goal of all beings throughout countless planets stars galaxies and universes according to the Tao 1 book by Master Sha.

When we are attached to the yin yang world we are controlled by it. Remember this, in life we must find the middle road. Living in the extremes doesn't work. I have done it and its hard. I am not saying I am free from the yin yang world. I am not yet, but I do my best to stay as neutral as I can, and observe life.

Lets think again about the Yin Yang symbol. Every single aspect of our lives has yin yang nature to it. When we don't find the middle road we live in the extremes. By doing this our symbol moves out of balance and the equilibrium is lost.

Imagine the Yin Yang symbol if 70% was black or vice versa, what would you have? You would have a imbalance in that area of your life.
This is where Humanity is right now. We have created a huge imbalance on this earth and if we don't fix it by changing our collective intention to that of love and respect for all things, then the universe will naturally restore the equilibrium.

So when we experience this reality through the five senses we see everything as separate, and are stuck in the yin yang reality.
Its only when we introduce spiritual practice that we move beyond the five senses and observe reality differently. Its only through spiritual practice that we see and experience the oneness of all creation.

Another fascinating way of looking at our reality and our relationship to it came to me only over the past few weeks through the great work of Gregg Braden. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Gregg Braden for his beautiful and vitally important contribution to humanity at this important time in history. The deeper I go into his work, the more I understand his teachings and the teachings of my spiritual father Master Sha.

I recently heard Gregg share in a interview that there was an experiment taken where scientists wanted to measure the probability of our reality being a simulation.
What they found was that there is a 93% chance we are living in a simulation.

What Gregg went on to say was fascinating to me. Gregg explained that over the past 100 or so years of our technology we have constantly improved simulation on our planet. Today you can go to Disney land and experience simulations that you would have trouble distinguishing between our true reality and the simulation.

Yet what is simulation mainly used for today? We use Simulation as a training ground. Simulation is now used by firefighters, the military, and by flight pilots so that they can have a real experience of their profession without getting hurt.

Yet every ancient text or spiritual teaching tells us that our physical life is a training ground for where we go later.

This made sense to me because I am aware that this reality is not what it seems when we look at quantum physics. This reality is far from solid.
It is known that even on a atomic level if you where to expand a atom to the size of a huge cathedral the nucleus inside would only be the size of a 10cent piece. So even at a atomic level we are 99% space.
Yet scientists have gone much smaller that the atom right down to planks distance and possibly smaller now.

Even my teacher Master Sha gives us evidence of this in the openings of all of his soul power series books.
Master Sha speaks of his encounter with the soul of the Divine. The Divine came to Master Sha and released a teaching, the universal law of universal service, which is the Karmic law.

The second time the Divine visited Master Sha he chose Master Sha to be the Divine's vehicle and channel. The Divine said "when you offer healing, I will do the job."
Master Sha so innocently replied to the Divine...

"How?"

The Divine asked Master Sha a question that surprised Master Sha! The Divine asked

"Do you know about software?"

Master Sha again so innocently replied

"I  have heard about accounting software, but I am not so good on computers"

Then the Divine said

"chose a student (as Master Sha was in the middle of teaching a retreat) with serious health challenges"

Master Sha asked who had a serious life threatening condition, and a gentleman named Walter stepped forward who had liver Cancer.
Then the Divine said

"I am going to offer Walter a SOUL SOFTWARE for his liver."

To cut a long story short, the Divine transmitted a new Divine soul software of a healthy liver to Walter.
Walter was instructed to turn on this Divine software and then to chant a mantra to have the soul software heal his condition.
Just a couple of Months later Walter was healed. Years later Master Sha caught up with him again and Walter informed Master Sha that he is still doing the practices and his cancer has never returned.

So how do I see that? To me that is the Divine letting humanity know through Master Sha that we live in a digital simulated universe.
If we look at a DVD for example, the disc is just a piece of plastic. Yet when we put the DVD into the computer or dvd player we see that the DVD has the ability to give the illusion of depth, Time - future, past and present, emotion and so on.

A movie on a screen can pull you into that reality. When we watch a movie we are involved emotionally with what is happening.

This also makes sense to me with the teaching of Karma. When we re-incarnate into this world we already have a Karmic path or program.
Master Sha in one of his books called "Divine Transformation" shares with us that we have a arranged life and a transformable life.
Master Sha continues to tell us that the arranged life says what we will experience in our lives that is already planned out for us so that we experience our Karma, whether it be good or bad.

The other changeable life is the one where we have the power to change our path for the better or for the worse through the service and actions we take.

For example, if you are meant to transition at the age of 65 in a car accident, and you offer good service in your life you may transform this path and live till you are 90 and transition in your sleep peacefully.

On the other hand you may offer unpleasant service and instead of transitioning at 65, you may transition at 30.

We have the ability to prolong our lives and transform every aspect of our life through positive service, and at the same time we have the ability to create challenges in our life and dramatically shorted our life.

So when we enter life we are re-entering the simulation. Life is the experience, the training ground for us to purify and to experience so that we can become pure love.

Yet life is so important and obviously there are huge consequences when we make mistakes.
Within the program there are countless levels of consciousness. Countless dimensions, countless realms of peace and suffering.

Even when we look at sickness in the body, we see that there is a karmic reason for that. There are also many ways to see the same teaching.
Quantum physics is showing us that everything in the universe is vibration, and everything carries its own vibrational signature.
So when we have an injury or sickness or a blockage in our lives there is a karmic signature there. There is a Karmic frequency and vibration that is causing "dis-ease" within the body.

Every way we look at it, it all links together. Even if we look at it from a vibrational point of view. Any message that stems from love carries its own positive  vibration, and every message that stems from fear carries its own negative vibration.

Again this is shown in Dr. Emoto's work with water, along with Cleve Backsters work with plants and also Dr. Korotkov's work with energy fields.

In fact, Dr. Korotkov's work explains beautifully the universal law of Karma.
In his research he uses high sensitivity cameras to see the electromagnetic field of a human being. Then he sees how different emotions, drugs, diet, quality of water, and so on effect our energy fields.
What he has found is that when one person offers love to another being, they literally increase the energy field of the other person. What is fascinating is that the energy field of the person giving the love also increases for the better.

On the other hand, when one offers negativity to another they literally damage the energy field of that being and also damage their own energy field.

I belive we have all experienced this in our own lives. If we have someone say hurtful things to us, it literally hurts us. It created biochemical changes in the body, increase in heart rate, negative emotions and so on.
These changes also happen in us if we are the ones sending negativity out.

Yet on the other hand what do we feel when people send us love? We also experience biochemical changes in the body, but they are healing changes. Our hearts open and so on. And we feel amazing when we are the ones offering the love to others.

Master Sha's one sentence secret on life I mentioned earlier  is so simple and to the point. If you want to know how to live your life, live by this one sentence,

"The purpose of life is to serve. Service is to make others happier and healthier."

So when we look at vibration we see that sickness or any dis-ease's vibrate at a lower vibration than our bodies, that is why they are detrimental to us.

Check out this incredible blog post below:

http://justalist.blogspot.com.au/2008/03/vibrational-frequency-list.html

In this blog the researcher also shares that the highest frequencies are spiritual ones. This is why meditation and prayer are so good for every aspect of life. I will go into this later on.

So when we look at the link between vibration, karma and the simulated universe, we see that we have a karmic lessen to learn which is programmed into our experience and we see it as a low vibrational signature.

This is why Master Sha says that applying the four power techniques (Body power- Mind power -soul power- sound power) and offering love (Higher vibration, plus moving closer to love and being forgiven, therefore clearing our past mistakes or Karma. All links together!) to the area we need to heal is so powerful!

So Master Sha's teaching is incredibly simple! Send love to that area. Why? because love carries a very high frequency and vibration and message.

This all ties in together beautifully. Why? Because not only is love transforming the frequency, vibration and message of our problem, it is also working because we are embodying love! Therefore, we are sending love out to the whole, we are transforming our negative Karma and we are experiencing forgiveness.

So that is why the most important teaching is to have no attachments. So we don't get stuck in the yin yang simulation.

This brings me to the power of forgiveness and its effect on time.

In this post I will share our relationship to reality and how we can make change our lives and throughout all universes.

This I will continue in my next post.

i hope this has served anyone who reads it and I look forward to reading your messages below.
I hope that the information in this post allows you to observe life in a different way and ultimately to free each person so that we can then experience life in its fullness and spread love, peace and harmony to all beings throughout all universes.

Next post will be coming soon

The Present moment - The entrance to the spiritual Dimension

The title of this post I first heard in the book "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle. In that book Eckhart says:

"When we look at every spiritual teacher throughout history, they all point to the present moment as the entry to the spiritual dimension"

Honestly, when I first listened to "The Power of Now" audiobook, I didn't truly understand the power of the present moment. I understood the concept that we spend most of our time either focused on the future or in the past, and deeply enjoyed the book, but that was as far as it went for me. The reason for that is because I had never truly experienced the present moment. That may seem pretty strange, but its the truth. I had never experienced the present moment the way i do today.

The first time I listened to that audiobook was probably 5 years ago. I loved it back then, and it helped me so much at the time. I had just found Master Sha and was hungry for spiritual books.

Seven months ago I travelled with my family to Hawaii to spend time with Master Sha at a Tao retreat. Many incredible things happened on that retreat, Many things shifted in me and opened up for me. It was as if I was seeing the world through new eyes. More enlightened eyes. This is the power of being in the presence of a being like Master Sha.

After the retreat when we returned to Sydney I was constantly thinking of "The power of Now" which was fascinating because I hadn't listened to the audiobook for 5 years. I know it was my spiritual guides guiding me back to this book.

I looked at my iTunes account and the audiobook was not there, so I called Apple up and they found the audiobook on my old account and transferred them to my new account.

I listened to the Audiobook again and quickly realised why I was being guided to this book. This time around I was not only having continuos insights into the teachings, but I was able to really experience the present moment in a way I had never experienced before.

What I experienced was that by simply being completely present and free of thoughts I felt a incredible energy that is always available, to all beings and yet we spend the majority of our lives living unconscious and separated from it.

In the book "The Power of Now" Eckhart Tolle shares many quotes and teachings from the great teaches like Jesus, Buddha, Rumi and many Zen quotes and they all point to the simple, yet incredibly powerful teaching of entering the present moment fully.

I don't say this lightly, but I consider "The power of now" to be a masterpiece. It truly is a timeless classic, and I feel very blessed to have read it.

I would like to share a practice with you that I read in a book by Osho that is one of the most powerful, effective and simple techniques I have ever practiced, especially for bringing my conscious awareness into the present moment.

The book I read is called "The book of wisdom - The heart of Tibetan Buddhism" and it is based on a Tibetan Master who's name is Atisha.

Osho explains in the book that Atisha is a unique Master who became enlightened through being taught by three different enlightened Masters.
I will share a little from this profound book before I share the practice.

The three Masters that Atisha remained with for many years were: first Dharmakirti, a great Buddhist mystic. He taught him no-mind, he taught him emptiness, he taught him how to be thoughtless, he taught him how to drop all content from the mind and be contentless. The second Master was Dharmarakshita, another Buddhist mystic. He taught him love, compassion. And the third Master was Yogin Maitreya, another Buddhist mystic. He taught him the art of taking the suffering of others and absorbing it into your own heart: Love in action.

This could happen because all these three masters are great friends. they had started their search together; while they were on the way they had remained together, and when they attained they were still together.

Atisha became a disciple of Dharmakirti. Dharmakirti said to him, "I will teach you the first principle. And for the second you go to Dharmarakshita, and for the third to Yogin Maitreya. This way you will know all the three faces of the ultimate reality, the three faces of God - the trinity, the trimurti. And this way you will learn each face from the person who is the most perfect in it."

These are the three ways people reach to the ultimate. If you reach through emptiness you attain the other two also, but your path remains basically that of emptiness - you know more about emptiness, so emptiness will be emphasised in whatsoever you teach.

Dharmakirti was a master of emptiness. And when Atisha had learned how to be empty, the Master said, "It will be better for you to go to Dharmakshita for the next step, because he has attained a totally different path. Just as you can reach Everest from different sides, he has reached from a totally different path, the path of compassion. I can also teach the path of compassion, but my knowing about that path is only known from the top.

I have reached through the path of emptiness. Once you reach the top, you can look down all paths, they are all available to your vision. But to follow a path in its different dimensions, to follow a path in all its details, small details, is a totally different thing."

Osho goes on to explain that the second Master taught internal compassion, which is when a master sits in meditation sending his love to the world. The third Master is a Master of external compassion. Taking on the suffering of humanity and transforming it to light.

Because of the way Atisha reached enlightenment he was known as Atisha the thrice great.

When Atisha returned to the people to share his wisdom he taught the "Seven points of mind training" which I won't go through.

The reason I share this is because of his second sutra:

Think that all phenomena are like dreams...

This is most powerful! Osho explains that everything is illusion. Whether it be material phenomena, psychological phenomena, spiritual phenomena - they are all the same. There is no need to make any distinctions. The basic thing to remember is: that which can be seen is a dream.

So here is the technique. Since I read this, I use it all the time to bring me into the present moment and extinguish my ego. It is very effective.

"Start contemplating in this way: If you are walking on the street, contemplate that people passing by are all dreams. The shops and the shopkeepers and customers and the people coming and going, all are dreams. The houses, the buses, the train, the airplane, all are dreams.

Then Suddenly, like a flash you will think "I am a dream too." Because if the seen is a dream, then who is this "I"?
If the object is a dream, then the subject is also a dream.

If you watch everything as a dream then suddenly you will feel something slipping out of your being: the idea of the ego.

Osho goes on to explain that there will be a point where you become conscious in your drams at night. Then you will become conscious all of the time.

This technique I personally practice multiple times a day, and I find it pulls me into the present in a way not many techniques do.

Give it a try now.

My personal experience with this practice is that I understand when I do this practice that our reality is illusory. I start to actually see it that way. Almost digital and lucid like a nighttime dream. It also connects me with my soul, because I have a deep understanding that I (my true being) is not actually in this reality, but observing it through my physical body.

This also allows me surrender to whatever is put in front of me and not be so attached to what I am observing through my eyes.
Also I understand deeper how we can can create in our reality. Just as when we sleep we can control to some degree what we do, I see no difference when I am in this state. Its as if I am conscious in a dream and I feel so awake, so alive, so at peace.

When I am in this state of intense presence, I am able to see my Jin Dan (Golden Light Ball) and concentrate on it in a very different and intense way. I feel very like I am peering into this reality through a window, and at the same time I can see that everything in this reality is completely connected and is unfolding all together in the one continuos present moment.

Interestingly though, the more present I become the more I feel that chanting pulls me out of that state.
I understand now why Buddhist practitioners have chanting and meditation as two separate practices. Meditation is meditation and chanting is to bring the frequency and vibration and message of a Buddha to themselves and our world.

I personally love Chanting and can get into beautiful states of bliss from chanting, yet it feels different than my experiences with being totally present in daily life.

Presence in beings is magnetic. Many people love animals because of this. Many people love dogs because of their presence and none judgment.

When this quality is in another conscious human being and you are conscious enough to notice it, you will be incredibly drawn to them. This is the presence of a Master.
My father told me that when the Dalai Lama visited England he stopped at traffic lights next to the car that was carrying the Dalai Lama. My father explained that when he saw the Dalai Lama, he smiled at my father, and my father felt a wave of peace and love come over him. My father asked me;

"What was that I was experiencing?"

I replied

"The Master has let you into his presence and you have felt his presentness, His consciousness, his frequency and vibration."

I also shared with my father that this is what it feels like being in the presence of Master Sha.
A Master like Master Sha and the Dalai Lama have the ability to raise you up in their presence and bring you into the present moment through their present energy field.
Their light lights up your path and allows you to see your own path clearly.

In my opinion, there is nothing quite like spending time with a true Master.

I hope this post has been beneficial to whoever takes the time to read it.

We send all our love

What is the Tao and how can we use it?

In this post I want to attempt to explain the Tao.

Tao means the "way" and in the timeless classic, the Tao Te Jing, Lao Tzu starts the book by saying:

"The Tao that can be explained by words or comprehended by thoughts is not the eternal Tao or true Tao"

So I will start this in the same way. The more we think we are grasping the Tao, the further away from it we are moving.

Yet I feel we can attempt to understand the basic concept of the Tao so to better understand what it is and how we can use it.
I personally believe that Lao Tzu was speaking from experience when he shared the first lines of the Tao Te Jing, because Lao Tzu's wisdom comes from a place of experience.
His words are deep and timeless. We see through his words that Lao Tzu had attained the Tao. Melded with the Tao. Aligned with the Tao.

Once one achieves this state how can they explain in words what they are experiencing? They can't. Yet they can attempt to through compassion. Compassion because of the chance that they may enlighten at least one person who reads the words in the book.

Thankfully Lao Tzu did attempt to convey the Tao, because it has served billions of people throughout history and will continue to forever. I believe that the Tao Te Jing is one of the wonders of the world and I am sure that it has enlightened many people and still does to this day.

I listen to the Tao Te Jing daily and still I receive deeper and deeper understandings into the teachings of Lao Tzu about the Tao.

Believe that the more Lao Tzu aligned with the Tao the more he became in harmony with the universal principles, yet the more he knew that he did not know. The deeper he moved into the Tao the more un-fathomable the Tao became.

Yet with the teachings from the great Masters and some of the great scientists we can get a basic human understanding of what the Tao is.

For a start, I love the name Tao. I love it because there is nothing to hold on to. There is nothing your mind can do with it. You can't create a mental picture of it. It is something that is everywhere at once, yet nowhere to be seen.

I love this Taoist story called "The fish in the Ocean"

Once upon a time, a young fish asked an old fish: "Everyone talks about this thing called the 'Ocean.' What exactly is it?"

The older and wiser fish answered: "The ocean is that which surrounds you on all sides."

The younger fish didn't understand: "What do you mean? There is nothing around me! If the ocean surrounds me on all sides, why can I not see it?"

"Of course you cannot," The old fish said patiently. "The Ocean is both inside and outside of you. When you move, it moves with you; when you stop, it stops as well. You were born in the ocean and you will die in it. It wraps itself around you, just as your own skin does."

"But how can I tell it exists, if I cannot see it?"

"You must use more than your eyes. We may not be able to see the ocean, but we can definitely feel it. Trust your feelings- They are the key."

Confucius once said "Fish forget they live in water; People forget they live in the Tao"

Sages have attempted to explain the Tao in the following ways:

Whatever the ultimate principle is that underlies reality, we call it the Tao.

Whatever the one truth is at the centre of all spiritual truths, That is the Tao.

Whatever the universal source of consciousness is, we will give it the name Tao.

Whatever the force is that is ultimately responsible for moving everything in the universe - from galaxies to human beings to subatomic particles - That force is what we call the Tao.

What powerful words! This story and this explanation is taken from a beautiful book called "The Tao of daily life" by Derek Lin.

When Master Sha teaches the Tao normal and reverse creation, He is teaching how all life is created. The cycle of all life, How it all begins and how it all returns to the source (Tao).

In this teaching we see that the Tao belongs to the Wu world, which means the nothingness world, and that Heaven and Earth belong to the You world, which means the existence world.

This is very interesting because this shows us that the Tao is the creator of Heaven! As Lao Tzu says in the Tao Te Jing:

"I don't know who gave birth to it, for it is older than God"

Heaven and Earth have both been created, because they are both in existence. When we look at the human body, it consist of material that comes from the Earth. We also have a spirit, which belongs to the soul world (Heaven).

Both have been created by an intelligence. This intelligence is the same intelligence that created everything throughout all of Heaven,  mother Earth and countless planets, stars, galaxies and Universes.

This intelligence is the Tao.

The Tao creates the Yin Yang universe. Yin Yang seem separate only on the surface, yet when we go deep they are one. They are complimentary. They are interdependent. You literally can't have one without the other.

One of the highest spiritual achievements is to meld Yin and Yang as one. When this is achieved one melds with the Tao.
This is also a Buddhist teaching and philosophy. Master Sha says in the Tao 2 book that at the highest level of buddhist and Taoist teachings, they are the same, it is the same teaching.

When we stop seeing things as good or bad we achieve this. When we lose all attachments to labels and see nothing as good or bad, just events taking place, we can align with the Tao.

Now from a scientific point of view, we are now understanding that our past physics model is completely wrong. Through a number of failed tests a long time ago, we based our science on the grounds that everything in our reality is separate from one another. Totally individual, and everything anyone or anything does has no effect on anything else.

Now these failed tests have been retested with new technology in modern times.  What the scientific community found was quite the opposite. They have found that everything is connected and a part of the whole. That everything does influence one another, and that everything effects everything at the same time, no matter where you are in the world.

I am currently listening to a profound audiobook by Gregg Braden called Divine Matrix where he explains a lot of what I am saying in great detail.

Gregg speaks of space in the same way that Nassim Harramein speaks about space.

We have always viewed the space between things as empty space. Whether it be the space between people, or the space between planets and so on. but what Gregg says is this:

"If the majority of the whole universe is space then what a waste of space that is. If all the matter in the universe takes up less than 10% of the entire universe, then why would over 90% be empty?
Also when we look at wifi, sound, light, radio waves and so on that travel through space, if it was truly empty, then it would have noting to pass through. Nothing to carry it."

Nassim Harramein explains that the space we have always perceived as space is actually infinitely dense. In fact, he calls it "The density of the vacuum"

So if it is the space itself that connects all things together, then what is the space? In my opinion, this space is the essence of the Tao and it is every where. It is also outside of this space. It is the Universal laws and principles. It is the emptiness in which everything is created.

Recently I had a deep insight into Master Sha's Tao song called Jin Dan Da Tao Xiu Lian, Which means The big way golden light ball purification practice.

In the song the words basically explain that Heaven, mother Earth, human beings and countless planets, stars, Galaxies and Universes matter, energy, soul, stillness and complete emptiness are all the matter, energy, soul, stillness and complete emptiness of the Tao, and that all things must return to the source. Yu Tao He Zhen - Meld with Tao.

This is the absolute truth. The matter of all things is the Matter of the Tao. Same with the energy, the soul, the stillness an the complete emptiness of all things, because the Tao is the container for which all things are created, held and experienced.

So how can we use it?

By first understanding what is possible we can then begin to have some idea of how we can use it.

In Master Sha's profound teaching of the Tao Normal and reverse creation, we see what Lao Tzu has been telling us for over 5000 years in the Tao Te Jing.

We see that human beings follow the Earth. For example we are governed by mother earth's laws such as gravity.
A human beings life is not as long as the life of mother earth. This is because Mother Earths Jing Chi Shen (Matter, energy and soul) is different than a human beings.

Then we see that mother Earth follows Heaven. Spiritual law determines what happens on mother earth. Spiritual law is Karma law. Therefore, heavens Jing, Chi Shen is different from mother earths.

Then Heaven follows the Tao. Tao follows only itself.
Tao's Jing, Chi Shen is different from Heavens.

The difference in the Jing, Chi, Shen is the purity of the Jing Chi Shen, which is Soul Mind and body.

Master Sha is the first Master to release the wisdom and practical techniques that can purify our soul, mind, and bodies to become the purity of Mother earth, then Heaven, then Tao. This will allow us to Meld with the Tao. This is the process of returning to the Tao.

This takes much effort and is not easy, yet Master Sha says it is possible!

The essence of Master Sha's teachings is:

"The purpose of life is to serve. To serve is to make others happier and healthier"

Think about the nature if nature? Natures natural condition is to serve. the sun offers its rays to all without judgment or without wanting praise.
The earth serves continuously no matter what humanity does to her.
The trees serve. The oceans serve and so on.

By serving selflessly we align with the Tao. The Tao is always there for all. It gives life to all yet does not possess. It is humble, many people are not aware of it. So when we align with these qualities we align with the Tao. When we align with the Tao we are purifying our Jing Chi Shen more and more. We are being forgiven for our mistakes therefore, clearing our negative Karma, therefore prolonging our lives, and helping the whole. When I say the whole I mean helping every single thing in creation.
Every single aspect of all life throughout our bodies and throughout all of Heaven, Mother Earth, and countless planets stars Galaxies and Universes.

Now everything we ever do is a part of the You world (creation world). Because if we are doing it, it has been created. I mean everything. Whether its a thought, a sound, a invocation, a body posture. Anything we ever do is a part of the You world.

This means that whatever we create and experience, everything in the whole of creation will experience at the same time.
This is very important wisdom, because this is the basis of Karma.
If whatever we create with our thoughts, actions, speech and so on, is felt throughout the whole of creation, then whatever we send out is either going to send out positive service and effects or negative ones.

Because we are a part of the whole, whatever we send out effects us. If we create loving thoughts, words, actions and activities, we will be serving all souls. Therefore, serving ourselves.
If we are creating harmful thought, words, actions and activities, we will be sending this out to all souls too. Therefore, we will experience challenges in our own lives, which will also effect those around us.

This is why it is so important that we purify every aspect of our lives. Our thoughts, our speech, our actions and so on.

This has deepened my understanding into Master Sha's four power techniques, and Master Sha's universal forgiveness meditations and the power of what we can achieve each and every time we meditate with these practices.

Here is a profound practice to help align with the Tao and can literally heal every aspect of life. The reason it can heal any aspect of life is because any illness or disharmony in ones life is due to not aligning with the Tao. Not aligning with the Universal harmony of the Tao. We may be feeling the effects now of when we have deeply gone against the nature of the Tao in past lives, which is Karma. Therefore, by practicing the meditation below we can align with the Tao and therefore heal and transform any aspect of life and be forgiven.

Body power:

Sit up straight. Place both hands over the navel.

Soul Power:

Dear Tao, Dear Divine. Dear Master Sha (invoke your teacher) Dear Heaven, mother earth, countless planets, stars, galaxies and universes. Dear Humanity and all spiritual fathers and mothers in heaven and earth.
Dear all spiritual treasures.
Dear Wan Ling (all souls in creation)
Please forgive me and my ancestors for any mistakes we have ever made in any lifetime we are so sorry. We offer all souls our unconditional forgiveness. Please may we chant together. Please allow me to offer my unconditional service to you all.
Thank you Thank you Thank you
Love you love you lobe you

Mind Power:

Visualise a golden light ball in your lower abdomen and the light is so intense it is lighting your entire body.

Sound power:

Chant "Yu Tao He Zhen"  -  pronounced "you dow hur jen"

"Yu Tao He Zhen"
"Yu Tao He Zhen"
"Yu Tao He Zhen"

Repeat for at least 20 minutes. The longer the better. You may receive deep insights. You may receive deep healing. You may receive a deep sense of peace. You may feel very emotional. You may feel nothing. You may feel deeply relaxed.

Remember this "Whatever you feel is perfect!"

Whether you feel nothing or your experience is very dramatic it doesn't matter. You are serving all of creation by helping all souls meld with Tao and complete their soul journey to return to the source. This is one of the highest services.

Please share any experiences.

Practice practice practice.
Purify Purify Purify.
Experience experience Experience

I love you all so much.

Healing family relationships part 2

The Power of taking responsibility.

To understand the power of taking responsibility we must understand the Law of Karma.
Without a doubt the most significant, important and life changing wisdom I have ever been introduced to is the law of Karma.

Karma is the record of ones services in this life and past lives. Karma can be slip into good karma and bad karma.
If one has offered good service in this life and past lives such as:
Love, forgiveness, compassion, kindness, sincerity, honesty, humility and more, one will receive blessings.

If one offers negative service in this life and past lives such as:
Killing, Cheating, steeling, taking advantage of others, fighting and more, one will receive lessons.

My spiritual father Master Sha says

"One way to see your karma is to look at your life. In the areas you are blessed you have offered good service. In the areas you have struggles you have offered negative service"

Growing up in the west, I have always seen how people never like to take responsibility for whatever happens to them.
Personally I feel when people get sick for example they fall into a victim state of "Why me?"
This is not peoples fault. This is simply a lack of spiritual wisdom in the west.

To believe in Karma, one must believe in reincarnation. I was brought up as a catholic and always thought that when you die you go to Heaven and all is good.
But as I got older I was always asking questions, and never getting any answers.
That is why I lost my faith in religion. I understand that religion has served many people and I honour every religion, but it never helped me.

I would always ask questions like:

"why do we stay in heaven forever?... Surly there is somewhere else to go?"

"It doesn't seem fair that people do what they want and just go to heaven"

"Why doesn't anyone practice what Jesus stood for?"
And so on.

So when I found Master Sha (Who by the way I was not looking for. I will share in another post how I found him) I had so many questions.
What is the soul?
How does reincarnation work?
Why are we here?
What is the purpose of life?
Why do some people have blessed lives and some people struggle all their lives?
What is the difference between the Divine and Tao?
How can we heal ourselves?
How can we heal others?
My questions went on and on and on.

I have to be honest though, I am very happy that I asked all of those questions because back then I was so strong minded I needed to wrap my head around what was happening in my life, because me and my family where all experiencing negative things happening to us that I could not see with my eyes.

I will share the answers to the questions I had in other posts and YouTube videos. Some of the answers to the questions above are already on my Youtube channel (name of youtube channel is Nicholas Giannasi).

Every teaching I have ever read or heard from Master Sha, or from other spiritual teachers, have all deepened over the years. I know that these teachings will deepen more and more forever.

Me and My wife often speak of how important and life changing it is to understand  Karmic law.
Understanding Karma has changed every aspect of our lives in every way.

Karma allows you to understand that everything that is happening to you, or ever has happened to you, or ever will happen to you, is because of what you have done to others.
This is liberating. This allows one to be completely responsible for their life and anything that happens in it.

Karma has many names.
Cause and effect, law of attraction, resonance, What goes around comes around and so on.

Many people I speak to still have trouble understanding some aspects of Karma law. I am happy to answer any questions on Karma that any reader has underneath this post.
Karma is a universal law. Just like the law of gravity. If one day you stopped believing in gravity and jumped off the roof of your house you would hit the floor. Whether you believed in gravity or not, or whether you are a good person or not, it doesn't matter. You will still hit the floor.
This is the same for Karma law. Whether you believe it or not it is a universal law.

For the sake of this post I am focusing on healing family relationships. So the struggles you have in your family relationships are a reflection of what you have done to that family member either in this life or past lives.

This does not mean fall into "Its all my fault."  This would be to fall into the ego, and become a victim for attention.

Everyone in the family needs to stop any blame and look at themselves. As Jesus said:

"Its easier to see a splinter in the eye of another, than to see a log in your own"

Lao Tzu also says in the Tao Te Jing:

"When one blames, there is no end to the blame"

By everybody involved taking 100% responsibility for what is happening in the family, then the family can move on to the next stage.

Understanding Love, Forgiveness, Compassion and light.

Now some people reading this may be trying to heal their family on their own without any commitment from other family members. This is fine. I will share techniques that can heal family relationships that you can do on your own.

Others may be reading this with their family members and are all willing to try and heal the family relationships together. Both are fine. I will share practices to heal family relationships together too.

But first I want to share a little on understanding Love, Forgiveness, compassion and light so we better understand how we can heal.

Understanding Love

Master Sha speaks of Da Ai (greatest love). But what is it?

I read a lot of Osho's work too. I love Osho. He is one of the most honest human beings that has ever walked this earth in my opinion. Many of his teachings are straight to the point and cut through years of mental conditioning.

Osho says:

"The first mistake humans make is separating love. Humans believe there is a love we have for our children, then a different love we have for our parents, our friends, our lovers, God and so on. This is not true. There is only one universal love.
Hate needs reference. Either I hate him because he did this... or I hate him because he will do that.... Hate needs time.
Love has no reference. Love has no time. If your love has reference, It is hate disguised as love. This is why so many relationships are so high then so low. You love someone then they irritate you and you hate them. your love is only skin deep.
If you love because someone is nice to you this is not love. Love is present. Timeless. Eternal. This is the love that the Buddha is talking about. this is the love that Jesus is talking about."

This is a powerful teaching from Osho. This teaching has deepened my understanding of love. It has made me look at myself and the love I experience. I believe this has been such a powerful teaching for me because I have been fortunate enough to spend time with Master Sha and experience first hand a Master who offers the same love as the Buddha or Jesus.

The Love of a truly enlightened Master is Da Ai. There is no different love for any individual. The Master loves all things the same. This is because the Master is love.

The nature of the Tao (Tao means "the way" and is the source of heaven and earth. It is the universal principles and laws) is loving. The Tao is supporting and nourishing. The Tao is the universal container for all life. Therefor, it is absolute love. So to meld with the nature of the universe is to embody and align with this universal love, and allow it to shine through you. That is why people feel so much love around a Master because they may never have felt that kind of love before, anywhere.

So if the nature of the universe is loving then the love we experience and offer depends on how aligned we are with that love. With the Tao.

This hopefully helps us to understand Love a little deeper. Ask yourself this question, "Can i love every single person in this world as much as I love my child or my parents?"

When you can do this you have melded with the Tao and you be able to serve the world in ways we can't understand. You will then love everything more than you ever thought possible. Even more than the love you have for your children.

Understanding Forgiveness

Forgiveness is a reflection of Love. For healing family relationships, all involved should make a solid commitment to themselves and to one another to forgive. Forgive yourself and your family members.

Now remember the power of taking responsibility, this means that you shift your point of view from blame for forgiveness.

One insight I have had over the past few months which has deeply moved me, is understanding that there is positives in making mistakes and hurting others. And there is also positives when others hurt us.
In fact, there is beauty in both.

My insight was this:

"We make mistakes so we can experience the beauty of being forgiven.
We get hurt so we can experience the beauty in offering forgiveness."

Rather than focusing on past mistakes we have made (which we all have) and wishing they never happened, understand why they happened and understand that forgiveness has the power to transcend time!

So now we are taking responsibility for where we are, and we understand that we have caused the pain to others that they are putting us. We can start to ask for forgiveness throughout our day for any pain you have ever caused the family member in this life or past lives. If a family member is hurting you, you ask their soul for forgiveness for any time you have ever done this to them.
Apologise from your heart sincerely.
Then offer them your total forgiveness for any pain they have caused you.

This simple practice is powerful beyond words and comprehension.

Understanding Compassion

Compassion in healing relationships is to take the time to see from the others point of view. Take the time to listen to what your family members have been saying to you and are saying to you right now. See the situation through their eyes and feel their experience. This will allow you to be more patient and understanding.

I heard a story by Gregg Braden when he visited a Buddhist monastery in Tibet. Gregg asked the top Buddhist monk of the temple:

"what connects us to one another, our world and the universe? what is the "stuff"  that connects all things?"

The monk replied:

"compassion"

Later Gregg asked another Monk a follow on question:

"Is compassion a force of creation, or is it an experience?"

The monks answer was:

"It is both"

Compassion is the reason why the great souls from the heavens reincarnate, to help the masses. Compassion is what you feel in your heart when you see others struggle and all you want to do is help.

Understanding light

Light is the result of applying all of the above. Whether it is Love, Forgiveness or Compassion, they all are one. I heard Master Sha say once:

"Focus on one condition. Either Love, Forgiveness, Compassion or Light. Because when we focus on one we embody them all"

This is because they are all one. In my personal opinion it is incredibly powerful to experience them individually, then through experience we can understand that they are one.

So Light is the result of embodying the conditions of love, forgiveness and compassion. Darkness is a absence of light.

As Osho says:

"Light can extinguish the dark, but darkness cannot extinguish the light. Darkness comes when there is a absence of light."

This brings me to the end of this post. In part 3 I will finish this Healing family relationships post with simple, practical and incredibly powerful meditation practices to help heal family relationships.

I hope this post serves you.

Thank you to my Teacher Master Sha.
